Current economic trends show the evolution of global brands, expansion of eCommerce digital platforms, and the progression of social media as major transformations within thriving organizations.
The Virtual Global Consultant (VGC) Group has recently designed and developed a unique eCommerce ecosystem called GLOBAL AFRICA SHOP. The Global Africa Shop aims to promote select small to medium-sized African-based flagship products in Ghana that have been rebranded and remarketed to sell in a high-end global marketplace.
This initiative is to help these African-based businesses become self-sufficient online. The platform (website and mobile application) serves as an initial market entry opportunity to gather data analytics, increase lead generation/customer acquisition, and customer feedback to help participating African-based companies understand their global market before designing and developing a singular, more robust eCommerce platform.
VGC Co-founders, Naomi Cook and W.E. Da’Cruz, met with Ghanaian Entrepreneurs in March, 2019 at the Movenpick Hotel in Accra, Ghana.
For this unique platform, The VGC group will use digital marketing strategies such as, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Adwords, Social Media Marketing (SMM), blogs, analytics, email campaigns and content development, among others.
With basic costs in commission or monthly retainers borne by businesses, the Global Africa Shop, through its marketing campaign strategies, will help these businesses increase inbound leads, enhance brand awareness, and develop multiple marketing touch points. Hence, each African-based business will be able to gain more visibility through search engines, have high customer conversion rates online, and understand, identify and engage potential customers, partners and clients through online engagement.
